They have cushiony and comfortable interior so that you can wear these shoes for a longtime without hurting your feet. The upper is made from the mesh and nubuck combination. This combination makes these shoes waterproof and at the same time breathable as well. These shoes have the low cut design which makes the shoes very lightweight but without compromising its durability. The lining is made from the mesh and leather. This lining keeps the interior completely fresh by allowing the breathability and it also keeps the foot moisture free by wicking it away. The heel inserts are made from the EVA which absorbs shocks to increase the comfort level. The midsole is made from the PU and EVA which has been molded with compression and has dual density. This midsole take the comfort to the whole new level by absorbing maximum shocks. The footbed is made from the EVA as well which has metatomical dual density. This footbed can be removed and it provides extraordinary comfort. The shank is made from the TPU. It weighs 13 ounces as per size 6. Featured Review: (by George Eberle), These boots are very comfortable. Just what I was looking for in a pull-on winter boot. Maybe a tab of slipage in the heel but that’s to be expected with a pull-on boot, really not an issue. I have a wider than average foot and these fit perfect, I did order a half size larger than my normal size but I find this is the case with most Keens.

Featured Review: (by Lael Grant), Yes I already posted a comment concerning this boot but I must say more. I just finished the 93 mile Wonderland Trail that encircles Mt. Rainier in 8 days wearing the Summit Country boot. We had 3 days of sun and the remainder was in the rain. My sleep system is unorthodoxed and ultralight: My boots were part of this system and were the only weather protection and insulation while sleeping. The boot performed above my expectations… yet again. Thanks Keen!

I just ordered my second pair for when these wear out. The web site shows them to be grey – but they really have a more black look to them. (Note about the leather style: I did order the leather ones also, which I did not like as well and they ran tight on the instep, not as comfy).

The PTC Oxford was the shoe I found and I can honest say I look forward to wearing these shoes when I start my shift. They are real comfortable, they clean up easily, and have great traction, I would recommend them to anyone who works in the service industry and needs a black dress shoe but wants maximum comfort, protection, and utility.

Featured Review: (by Douglas Leith), Recently had surgery to relieve pain ass oicated to planters faciatis. Heel pain immediatly subsided but pain in other parts of foot began and was persistant. Tried pair on in local store but was hesitant due to cost. Went back and spoke to sales rep – before I said anything about pre-surgery condition he said he has same condition – has this same pair of Keen shoes (& 4 other pairs) and offer substantial relief. I’ve worn mine everyday for past week and the relief is HUGE!! I’m looking for my next pair of Keen’s to add to the rotation.
