These are very good boot. The size and width is true. I wear them with socks so they fit nicely. If I wear them without socks then the feel a bit loose. The foot bed is very comfortable. The leather is really soft and ads up the comfort. The arch support is normal. They will be durable as well because they are expensive and they are Frye brand. Since it snow here in NY so they are really good in such weather. But there is one problem. The traction of the sole is not that impressive as I expected it to be. They do slip on snow so be careful with that. The shaft is wide and it is ideal for people who have muscular calves and that count me as well. They are very well built and they are well priced.
