Featured Review: (by Lael Grant), Yes I already posted a comment concerning this boot but I must say more. I just finished the 93 mile Wonderland Trail that encircles Mt. Rainier in 8 days wearing the Summit Country boot. We had 3 days of sun and the remainder was in the rain. My sleep system is unorthodoxed and ultralight: My boots were part of this system and were the only weather protection and insulation while sleeping. The boot performed above my expectations… yet again. Thanks Keen!

Keens are the only style of boots or shoes I can wear, At my age, 66, Ive developed hammer toes and the Keen toe box design is perfect for this condition. My wife an I each got a pair Summit County to complement our 30 year old Sorel pack boots. Now that we’ve worn them the Keens will replace the So re Is .
Probably the best cold weather boot I have ever had on (that includes the mickey mouse cold weather boot I wore in the Marine Corps). Worn with a good pair of socks, my feet stayed warm and dry all winter through snowshoeing, walking to work, hiking and snowmobiling.

I wore my Summit County boots climbing Mt St Helens. They kept my feet dry and very comfortable. The ankle support was really needed and my feet felt great! I couldnt find anything similar in womens Keens so I bought mens – worked out great! Cant wait to use them again
LOVE this boot. Very warm, if I put in my cold feet they will get progressively warm! Very nice to walk, hike, snowshoe in. Extremely comfortable, like all my Keen footwear. Did not think, when I bought these, that I was going to enjoy them that much, but they have way surpassed my expectations. You want every day to be cold and inclement, just so you can put these on. Theyre that nice.
There great! I worked last season as a lift operator at Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont. If I wasnt in ski boots I had these on. I pretty much lived in them, at work and everything in between. Comfortable out of the box and great durability. Big thumbs up!
