This is my third pair by this brand which I have purchased so far. I will probably be buying more of this brand however I have faced two problems regarding this shoe. Firstly , I read in many reviews about the heel problem and I would like to say that this problem goes away with time after breaking them in you will not face this problem. The actual problem that I have faced is that they come in ridiculous shoelaces ever which has really disappointed me. They are very stiff and will not hold a knot. They really need a break in time otherwise you will wish to through them away. They can be worn everywhere from a job interview to hiking through the woods.
