The upper has the round toe silhouette and stylish stitching in the contrast color for magnificent looks. The upper has the double hook and loop closures on the top to allow maximum personalized and secure fit. The lining is made from the mesh which provides breathability to keep the interior fresh. The lining is treated with the Aegis® antimicrobial solution to keep your feet dry by wicking away the moisture, prevent odor and bacteria. The anatomical footbed is made from the EVA which absorbs shocks to deliver excellent comfort. The footbed is cushioned with the Ortholite® foam which provides even more comfort and soft place for your feet to rest on to. The footbed can be removed to allow personalized orthotic. The foot frame is made from the In-Board™ to provide stability and the superb arch support is made from the nylon. The midsole has the Air Cushion® technology in it just like all other Merrell style to absorb shocks and multiply the comfort. The outsole is made from the rubber and it has 1 millimeter high lugs. This outsole provides great traction on multiple surfaces. It weighs just 7 ounces as per size 8 which is very light as compare to most of the styles. I just tried four different pairs of black comfortable flats and none of them could satisfy me the way these have done. These were the only ones I decided to kept in the end. Funny thing about these shoes were that these were the most expensive one I tried, but they were so lovely that I had to keep them. They look very funky and attractive. They are not at all un flattering, in fact you will receive many complements on these. I have orthotics and therefore I was looking for a very comfortable sandal that can be worn with skirts and leggings and protect my feet from slipping as it is warm outside and I cannot afford my feet to slip. Most of the other shoes that I tried were either very comfortable ot they looked ugly. Compared to them these shoes were the best option I could buy. These shoes were amazingly light as if my feet were floating in air, yet they seem well constructed too. They not only breathe well, but they also handle my orthotics well too. I normally wear size 8 and they run true to size and offers a great fit too. They have only one big flaw and that is that the straps are way too long so I can’t adjust these tightly enough and they hang down and they look a bit wide in that case. I had to fix it from the local shop. A shoe of this price shouldn’t have such issues like that. I wear these to work and they look great too even with business attire. I am thinking about buying these another pair of these shoes with a different color. I removed the insoles and put in my own prescription orthotics and they are incredibly comfortable. The insoles that come with the shoes are also great to wear. I feel like walking barefoot in these which is a good feeling. They offer me a day of pain free feet. This is an excellent shoe. My feet feel like they are in sneakers, but a smidgen dressier. Over all a lovely shoe to have.
I am in love with these shoes from the moment I put these on. They are extremely comfortable and never rubbed. I recently had a minor surgery between my big toe and next toe and I am wearing onlu these and the big ugly crocs only because of comfort. These are not only very cute, but at the same time very comfortable too. They are also very sporty and cute. They offer good protection for my kind of feet especially. I think the inside should wash fine when you find these a bit stinky. I have received so many nice complements on these. the only bad complements about these received by my sister who said that the velcro straps look like bandages around my foot, however I think that the straps are the best part of this shoe. One of my feet is swollen right now and I can easily adjust them accordingly. They look perfect with shorts and rolled jeans and also with pants. Not really dressy enough for business, but they are perfect for casual use , for summery days or Friday etc. I have planned to wear these most of the time in summer. I wear the size 6 and 6 in this shoe fits me perfectly which means that it runs true to size. This is a wonderful shoe. A very comfortable shoe that is easy to slip on and fits me great. PERFECT SHOE!!
