I have worn Avia walking shoes before. Years ago I had some that were almost too soft – almost like walking on marshmallows. These are very comfy but not too soft as to feel unstable. I love them. I wear an 8 med. and that is what I ordered.
These shoes have really gotten me motivated to walk more! I recommend that you wear them around the house before you hit the pavement. You will feel the effects in your legs. I walk faster and longer since I have been wearing these shoes. They are everything I want in a walking shoe!
My husband bought me a pair of these and i loved them. I use them as my duty shoes and they let me walk ,run,pivot and dorsiflex with ease while at work. I used to have myalgia after long hours of work but now i even became more active while on these itones. Very comfy and durable.
