I am a stay at home mom with an active toddler. These shoes are the best for running after him. They have the comfort of a sneaker but add a cute feminine flair to jeans, yoga pants, and leggings. I am between a size 6.5 and 7 and decided to order the 7. They fit wonderfully and are super comfortable. I seriously wear these shoes more than any other shoe. TRY IT!
If I had to keep one pair of shoes in my closet, I would have chosen these!!! they are the perfect shoe for any condition except when its snowy. I have worn them every day when I was on a trip to Turkey in warm and also in rainy and cold weather. I have also tried wearing these successfully on slippery or hilly walking conditions. These shoes were like a second skin only better. I have never slipped in these and my feet never feel tired in them. I purchased these shoes as my go to every where for that 5 days of Turkey trip. I wore these successfully over there. These are excellent shoes ever. They fill each and every need of mine. These shoes re rugged enough for the moderate hikes we have taken and they are super stylish too which enables you to wear these for casual dinning nights. I soaked these in salt water while boarding a water taxi, fresh water while crossing a river and coated them with every color of sand , but they still look great. I had a couple of blisters during the first week of wearing, but I would attribute this to the fact that my left foot is slightly larger than my right foot. May be that’s why this happened. I think this is not the fault of the shoe. Now they are all right and doing very well. These shoes are everything I have ever needed. I also have high arches and they support me well. They are very comfortable especially with the thicker socks. These shoes are spunky and very sporty. I would love to buy these in another color too.
Wish Shoebuy would allow you to purchase by European size, not US size as Merrell seems to be a little inconsistant in their translation. One pair of 8’s (listed as 39 on the box) was fine. Another pair of 8’s (listed as 38.5) on the box were a tad small but not so much I returned them.
