These are my first pair by Merrell shoes which I have purchased. These shoes are extremely cute, but I was expecting them to be very comfortable too as I have heard that this brand provides ultimate comfort and support. The reputation of this brand is too good therefore I also started expecting high from this particular shoe. I put these shoes on and went off to work and now I really regret that. They fit so badly and are extremely uncomfortable. I have red marks on all over my feet near my toes, at my heel and oddly , all along the side where the insole seems to come up too high. Then the next day I noticed that the insole heel was getting rubbed raw. I have more red on my feet than I know what to do with. To add insult to injury, at the end of the day, the left shoe started to make a squishy sound as I walked. I never ever expected this from Merrell. I thought that it is a good brand and it will never let me down. I ordered my regular size but it doesn’t fit well at all. This is really shocking to me because I have seen many people loving there Merrell shoes, but my experience with this brand is not that good. This shoe is very beautiful and the color is awesome. Its design is really awesome, you can say that it is a perfect looking flat shoe, but what the use of it if it doesn’t fit well and is uncomfortable.
I love Merrell Shoes and I own 8 pairs from hiking, casual, to casual dress. This shoe was everything I expected of a Merrell shoe except I found the length to be just a bit shorter than usual. Great shoe!
