I have a very hard time finding shoes as I look forward to have a perfect shoe which should be comfortable and also stylish. These Merrell shoes are very comfy. They squeak while walking around and this is my second pair By Merrell which squeaks. For me comfort is more important and this shoe offer extreme comfort for my feet. When I first put these on I felt rubbing at the back part of my feet, but now as I am wearing these from a few days they don’t rub me at all. The leather upper of this shoe has a very strange pebbled texture which will definitely make it look more casual than my other oxfords. The sole of this shoe look somewhat smooth in the photos , but it does offer adequate grip, even on the wet surfaces. This is an awesome company to deal with as they manufacture extremely great shoes. They are excellent shoes and offer a perfect fit. They also have a solid construction and they are at the same time very comfortable too. Normally I have to switch between 10 and 10.5, but the 10.5 is always a little bigger, but this one is perfect 11 which are great. I am working as a hotel carpenter and I walk for about 10 miles a day. I have been searching for a very comfortable plus working shoe for a year and they are definitely the shoe of my dream. They look very professional just like “ Joe Mechanic” type shoe and the material and workmanship is also great. I have 2 pairs and each one has a very closely matched leather for example they are slip resistant too. The sole has an asymmetrical pattern which is my only concern. My feet are wide and I have huge tall and big toes. I bought these shoes in wide as they offer a roomy space for my toes. I purchased these shoes a couple of months ago and I have always liked to wear these for a while before commenting. This is a fantastic shoe over all. They are comfortable also because of the fact that they have pigskin lining which keep them very cushy. I am now searching for more pig skin lined shoe which could satisfy me well. I will definitely purchase more Merrell shoes in future as they offer great shoes. I would highly recommend these to every one. This is a good sign when the shape of a shoe is analogous to the shape of your feet and this one fit that criteria. The leather is very soft and also firm at the same time. The comfort is right out of the box which convince me to wear these again and again. The soles are very interesting as the right sole has the profile of the western hemisphere and the left has a profile of Eurasia. These shoes are very well made. They are very nice looking and I highly recommend them.
