The moccasin is exactly the type and quality that I want. The workmanship is excellent. However, I wear a 9 1/2 regular shoe. I ordered a 10 sunce half sizes were not available. Amazingly, it is too small to the point of discomfort. I would think that buyers should be warned that the lining inside will take a full size off.
I bought these as a gift. I especially wanted a moccasin that does NOT have a rubber sole. I believe that folks want “slippers” that can be “scuffed” around the house. It is difficult to find such slippers, but this Minnetonka pair fit the bill. I would buy them again for myself.
I bought these for my husband for Christmas to replace his other pair that are at least 10 years old. I was hopeful that the sizing would be right, so that I wouldn’t have to send them back after he opened them up. It was perfect and he loves them. In fact, after he unwrapped the package, he took a deep breath and said, “ahhh! Minnetonka!” He could smell the leather through the box and is a very happy camper!
My husband had a pair of these slippers when we were first married,38 years ago. I bought another brand of slipper last year and he would not wear them. So I found Minnetonka on your web site, ordered them and he is ecstatic that he has his “old” slippers back!! He can still wear the first slippers however the lining is “gone” but the leather is still good. He was very surprised to see the double soles, thought that was an excellent feature of the slipper.
I wanted a soft sole shearling mocccasin. These fit the bill perfectly. The lining is great, really fluffy, soft, and warm. I wear them with and without socks, and both feel equally comfortable. The laces come untied frequently but that’s a minor issue to me. Overall, they are well worth it. They’re great slippers.
I liked this moccasin and this is the second pair of this moccasin that I have purchased. The first pair (years ago) fit perfectly and I have loved wearing them. The sizing must be off on this pair because it is clearly not a 12. I can barely get my foot in it. I didn’t send them back because that is a hassle. I’ll keep them and hope that they will stretch a bit and I’ll remember to always buy a size bigger in the future.
My husband wears size 6 1/2 EEE shoes and prefers moccasin-styled slippers without a hard sole. The first time I ordered these slippers, I ordered size 7 but he couldn’t even get his feet into them. The size 8s are a little long and still narrow; however, they are of excellent quality.
My husband loves this slipper and this is his second pair. We had purchased his first pair for him about 4 years ago. Much as we order the size larger than he needs, when he slips his foot into them, they feel true to size right now. What he knows is that it only takes about two weeks for them to be comfortable and floppy just the way he likes them. He will never put a different kind on his feet after having worn these.
For me, these slippers seemed sized two sizes smaller than marked. I normally wear a 12 but ended up with a 14. Straight out of the box, they feel pretty narrow, but once you “break them in”, they’re excellent. They’re warm and comfortable, and they are great slippers. They’re not meant for outside, so since I only wear them around the house, I expect these to last for quite a while.
This is my 4th Sheepskin Softsole Moccasin. The last one was a size 8 which wore out quickly because it was too small. My normal shoe size is an 8. This one is a 9 which is loose in the heel. I would say they are a half size off. If I could get these in a size 8.5 I would rate them 5 stars. This was my 1st purchase from ShoeBuy.com and I was very pleased with price and speed of delivery. I would definitely purchase from them again.
I love love love and LOVE them!! They are super soft. I wished to get such shoes which could satisfy all my needs and these Moccasins are as such. I love to wear them daily as they are very cushy. My feet feel like flowing on clouds when they are in these cute shoes. They have a very nice look and a great style too. Not too trendy, but presentable. They are very light weight. You will watch me wearing these through out the whole winters as they are very cozy too. I am really in love with the fleeced used inside these shoes. They are super soft and cozy. They are best to be used in winters as they provide ultimate warmth because of the fleece inside. I have worn these for the whole day at home and felt awesome. They work as a slipper too and can be worn for 24 hours, but the difference between slippers and these moc are this that they are presentable too and can be worn easily outside. I never leave them at home while going for holidays trip. They are supportive and durable. There soft sole mold with your feet and helps you to walk in a complete comfort zone. They are no doubt the master piece by Minnetonka. This was my first pair by this brand therefore I was a bit spectacle about buying them, but Thank God they well worth the price. Go for these. They will never let you down.
These shoes are extremely soft and cozy. I think these shoes are best for winters as they keep my feet cozy and warm. I have even tried wearing these without socks and they felt really good. No sweating !!. You will feel lovely in these. They are the best one to have specially if you are seeking to have a nice winter Moccasin. I would suggest you never to try this in summers as they are not meant to be worn in summers. They material used in the manufacturing is of high quality and you will love to wear these again and again as they are so perfect. I have tried to figure out any drawback of these and couldn’t find any. You will wish to wear them for ages. I think they are durable enough to be worn for many more years to come. They have a perfect look which goes with anything casual you wear. I often wear these the whole day without any problem as they provide comfort of a slipper. These are highly suggested and you will love to wear them again and again. There foot bed is very cushy and wicks away all the moisture. The style is simple yet attractive and frankly speaking I was not it to the style thing as my first priority was to get ultimate comfort and support. Overall all. It’s a great shoe!!
