The boots not only need no break in time, but by the end of the trek, I was the only person sans joint pain and blisters. On the final day, we had 6 hours of heavy rain, yet my feet remained dry. I ended up wearing them for three weeks all over Peru. Fantastic purchase and well worth the price.
I have never been a boot wearer. My husband bought these boots for me almost 2 years ago. I have worn nothing else since then. I need to purchase a new pair and i HATE to give these up, they are like slippers to me now and we spend 90% of our time out of doors!! I recommend to anyone looking for a great pair of long lasting, comfortable, great fitting boots look no further!
