I purchased a pair of Bandolino shoes from our local merchant–Bergners at CherryVale Mall Rockford, IL on 3/3/2011; they are the BDBounty Black Mult FB size 7. On 4/5/2011, I noticed the bottom of the sole by the front pointed toe on both shoes was coming apart. I went to Bergner’s at CherryVale Mall on 4/6/2011 to return the shoes. I had the original box and bag from Bergners, did not have my receipt as they already appeared on my credit card statement. I did have my credit card statement showing I made a purchase of $69.00 plus tax on 3/3/2011.
I told the sales clerk that I was very unhappy after only having these for one month that this would happen. I only wear them to work, which my office is completely carpeted. The clerk offered to exchange them equally, they didn’t have my size. I picked out another pair and was told I was only getting a $47.13 credit. I asked for my original shoes back and told her I would handle this through Bandolinos and I felt his was very poor customer service.
I puchased these shoes because all of my friends swear by Bandolinos, there comfort and wear. The one time I buy a pair this happens after 30 days. I can honestly say for the money I spent on these shoes, the quality was very disappointing.
This is a very sophisticated yet stylish :biggrin: T-strap sandal which has all good qualities in it. This is my first T-strap sandal ever and they are doing a great job. I am in love with its design. The decorative fringe makes it versatile and attractive. I have these in gold color and in leather which shines and look really expensive. The quality is too good 😉 just like my other Bandolino sandals. I have always trusted this brand and I know that there products can not be bad. They always take care while designing the shoe and make sure that it provides a great comfort and support. Emi is one of those master pieces which not only provide style and support but also great comfort and cushiness. They have adjustable buckle closure which ensures a perfect fit. I have these in my regular size and they fit like a glove. I love the heel height as it is neither too long nor too short and provide a great stability in my walk :heart: . I can wear these for hours because my feet are in a complete comfort zone in them. I think they are doing a great job. Looking forward to have more of such kind of shoes which are perfect in every way. Well Done Bandolino!! Thumbs up!
