The upper is made from the nubuck leather. This upper can be cleaned easily to get the out of the box looks. The upper has the strobel construction which makes these shoes more comfortable and flexible. Their waterproof design has been achieved with the membrane which prevents water from entering the boots but at the same time allows the breathability to keep the feet fresh. The zipper closure inside along with the pull tab on the back allows easy on and off wearing and perfect fitting. The lining is made from the Thermo insulation which keeps your feet supremely comfortable and warm in the harsh cold weather. The footbed has the Ortholite® anatomical treatment and it has special cushioning at the heel area to provide perfect comfort and shock absorption. The foot frame is made from the QForm® EVA. QForm® EVA is designed specifically for the women shoes to keep their delicate feet well protected and comfort. This foot frame provides stability support and comfort. These boots have excellent arch support which is made from the nylon. The midsole has the Air Cushion® system by Merrell which also absorbs shocks to maximize the comfort. The outsole is made from the highly durable rubber and it has 5 millimeters high lugs. This outsole provides excellent traction and grip on any surface you can think of. Its heel is 1 ½ inches high with ½ inches high platform. The height of the platform reduces the height of the heel by ½ inches. Its shaft is 7 inches high with 12 inches of circumference. LOVELY BOOTS!!! Merrell are the most favorite and comfortable shoes of mine. They look really awesome and are waterproof too. They are also warm and offers great traction too. They run a bit small though and I would recommend buying these in a size larger than you normally wear. These are no doubt the greatest boots ever. They are extremely comfortable and provide a lot of support in the sole. I have tromped around the muddy places and also in snow in these boots and my feet remained dry throughout which is a great achievement. The did rub a little in the start at the top side, but after breaking these in the problem was automatically solved. If you still feel that then you should wear thick socks with these and they will be amazing. They offer excellent arch support and a great look. I have had a pair of these boots for 6 years and they have been great. I started looking for something which was easier to pull on and take off. Secondly I wanted a boot which has removable foot bed too. This boot was not my first choice. I first ordered Yana boot, but I was disappointed with the sizing of these. I searched again and noticed these fabulous boots. They had a zipper inside which was a great attraction. Finally I ordered these and I am more then happy with these shoes. now. They are roomy enough for me to put on and off and it is also easy to pull them on and off because of the zipper. They are very warm and light. At the same time they are very comfortable too. If you ask me about the look then I would say that they are good looking, but not extremely charming. They are more serious looking than many other boots by Merrell, but I love being able to easil slip my feet inside and enjoy the ride, so I don’t care about the seriousness of the design. I have been a great fan of Merrell since my childhood and that is why I did not penic when they felt a bit tight at the start as I knew that they required a break in time. They took a few weeks to break in and they finally stretched out which was a relief. I wear these for hours and no sweating causes. They keep my toes toasty and therefore I would highly recommend them.
A PERFECT WINTER BOOT!! this is a perfect boot as it is warm and cozy, at the same time comfy and lightweight too. They are very easy to pull on and off. I have walked over three miles the first day I wore these. I bought them a half size larger than normal thinking that I will add orthotics , but these boots are so comfy that I never ever needed them. They feel a bit sung in the beginning but then they loosen up very quickly. They look like a hiking boot. I am in love with them. I wore these for a one whole week except when I slept and the performed fabulously. They look like a lightweight hiking boot. I really love them A few weeks ago I was going on a trip to Alaska where the temperature was -38. It was a sunny day and when I left and most of the people were wearing skirts and I was in these solid boots. People were thinking as I was nuts wearing these, but I had to so that in case luggage won’t arrive. I didn’t want to take any risk. These are no doubt the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and my feet didn’t sweat at all though I was wearing them in 75 temperature. They are perfect as they are waterproof too. I am sure that they will last for decades as I only wear these on my trips. Obviously will wear them in winters too, but I am sure they will take years to damage. I already have a few pairs by Merrell and they are all awesome. They are great for winters and look stylish too. My feet remain warm and cozy in these throughout. They don’t look like a snow shoe. There appearance is very cool and I love everything about this boot. HURRY!!!!
