I bought these flats specifically for the office use in Natural color. They are perfect for me. I have size 8 but when I ordered them in 8 they were tight, so I send them back and got them in 8.5 and they fit perfect. They are ideal for office use. They are not so good to walk in because I went to mall in them and end up having blisters, so would not recommend them if you are on your feet at work or have to walk. They are very light weight as well and I hope they will break in more. The sole does have the rubber pads on it to provide traction but I noticed that it does not offer much of the traction. Overall the entire shoe is great. It matches just about anything. I have other pairs from Frye and I like them all. Hope they last long.
