Loved these but…. Zappos is great, I ordered standard shipping and they upgraded me and I got the shoes the next day. I received the Ema and loved the look. They are less clunky looking than the Kisumu and actually very stylish for MBT. But then I tried them on. I ordered my size, 11, which is the largest size they make in this shoe, and it was way too narrow for my foot. The straps left ugly indentations in my foot. If you have a narrow foot, this won’t be a problem. I was so disappointed that I had to return them. I ended up ordering the Kisumu in black. I won’t hesitate to order from Zappos again, they are awesome.
