The Mephisto Cekla Black crocodile are some of the most comfy dress shoe I have ever own. I can recommend these shoes to any one. They fit true to size and you can wear these for the whole day and they will never hurt your feet. They are great looking , comfortable , very well made and offers excellent arch support. It is hard to find a shoe which fits well and never hurt and this shoe comes in that list. I have also bought a pair or my mom who is also looking for fashionable shoes which looks great and feel good too. She has loved these so much that now she is insisting me to buy her another pair for Christmas for traveling as she is a working women and this is the quality of this shoe that it is dressier enough to be worn at work and look great as a casual shoe too. While these shoes may look great the purchase has turned out to be the biggest waste of $380. The salesman assured me they would be the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. After about 4 hours my feet were in terrible pain and became a huge distraction. My feet hurt for days after. When I called the salesman up to ask about returning them he said it was impossible – he offered to install a pad to help in but I live in another city – I had it put in locally and no improvement. They should be ashamed of their customer service. I’ll keep my business at Nordstrom’s where they aim to please.
