I have three pairs of Mephisto Helen’s which I really love to wear. This is the 4rth shoe which I really liked and desperately wanted to have these. I immediately ordered these because I simply loved the look of them. It is pricy no doubt , but they totally worth it and therefore I didn’t hesitate to order these even for once. The quality is really top-notch and the arch support is wonderful which is great. These ran a bit bigger even though they were the same size as my Helen’s, so I had to order these in a smaller size and went ½ size down which is still problematic. I think that the only problem is that the strap makes it hard to do any adjustments for minor size problems. You feet never feel as secure as in this sandal. They are so cute and stylish that I think they deserve to be given a try to see if they fit in properly. I am bummed that they haven’t worked for me because I really love the look of these. This is a unique sandal with a metallic sheen, but only if it fits well. I don’t know whether I should recommend these or not. CONFUSED!!
