This is a reasonably good-looking semi dressy shoe that will accommodates orthotics. The design of this shoe is a bit heavy looking with raised toe and solid heel, but they look much much better from your average comfortable shoe. The space in the toe area is extremely comfortable. It has a soft and cushy insole which allows me to walk in a complete comfort zone. I would suggest that they would have made the straps more elastic to comfortably stretch around the instep and a slightly lower heel which would reduce the pressure on the toes. These are my favorite shoes ever. I wear these shoes with my professional dress like skirts , suits and dark pants and also with my jeans and black sweater. I could walk in these forever due to the comfort level they offer. Complements galore. I am satisfied with my purchase.
