Super comfortable slipper. I bought them in chocolate color and they good great. The first pair which I ordered was smaller than my size so I ordered whole full size up and they fit perfect. The width is true. It does not have an arch support. They feel more like a shoes then slipper. I use them indoor most of the time but also for a run to the mail box. They are very easy to put on and they keep my feet warm and toasty. They are very roomy as well. I bought another pair for my mom in different color and she loved it. My husband also bought a pair for himself so now we have two pairs of these slippers in different colors at our home. My husband even wears his not only in the house but also to store as well. The sole is actually flexible and it does not look like in the pictures. They are good value to money and I would recommend them. We love them.
