Frye is the best. I was staring at this shoe from months, had a lot of research and then finally I took the plunge and purchased this boot for the Christmas. I could have bought a nice boot with less money, but in the whole research I didn’t find even a single boot which made my eyes sparked the way they do. Its beauty and grace was unmatched. I bought this in black color because I love this color and secondly it goes with most of my dresses. Definitely if I am purchasing an expensive boot then I should be using it often too. I was soooooo glad :wub: to see this shoe. I felt like getting the shoe of my dreams. It looks even more graceful and stylish than the pictures. I think this is the greatest shoe purchase I have ever done. I was hesitating to buy this due to the sizing, but it was true to size and fit perfectly. I do agree with some of the reviews that they are a little slippery in the first couple of days, but my experience says that you have to wear it for a few days and then they are completely fine. I will definitely buy the same boot in sand color in next fall 😎 if my pocket will allow. I have received thousands of complements on these, and why not, they are very well made and beautifully constructed. Now I completely agree with the statement that “ You get what you pay for”. I would highly recommend to put some extra money for this shoe because I know that a 300$ boot will also satisfy your needs but not the way this one does. It doesn’t only satisfy your needs but also makes you feel happy all the time :biggrin: . You will be extremely glad with your purchase after having it.
These are great – I live in MN and need warm boots that are easy on/off. These are perfect. They’re not elegant, but they are cool looking for what they are. I wear a 9 1/2, so ordered a 10. With socks they are perfect and I can go barefoot but they are a bit loose that way, but not to the point where I can’t wear them like that. They also give you a bit of heel so your pants are dragging. They look cute with straight jeans tucked in or just peeking out of boot cut jeans or sweats.
