I took a risk on these and have not regretted it on bit Thank God. I was sold on the rave reviews of the arch support and while these will not replace your orthotics. These shoes are way better than the flat insoles of most of the slippers. I am working from home and therefore you will see me wearing slippers all day long. I am on my feet the whole day and have been wearing these puppies nearly every day from the past three months and the result is awesome. They look very unique. I have never seen a slipper like this one before and they look awesome on my feet. The laves came off the heel of the insoles other than that they are just Perfect! These slippers are extremely cushy and very roomy too. They are non-slippery and warm too without causing sweat which is the best part as I threw my previous slipper because they used to sweat a lot. I was a bit worried when I ordered these because I have step on the rise at the back but it didn’t happen. I wondered while ordering these that if they will stay on my feet when I went up and down stairs Thank God they did and I am really glad for that. They are very well made too. I figured I had start seeing wear around the top where my big toe lifts. I imagine that if you didn’t slip your tor nails often you could tear a hole in the felt after a while but in my case they seem very nice , thick and also extremely durable. When I was purchasing it I was also a bit worried that the stitching would begin to unravel between the top and the sole, but have been using these from months and till now they are good as new. First I purchased moccasins for my house slippers, but then I injured my arch while exercising and I needed a new house slippers with a great arch support. I specially purchased them because it was indicated in my reviews that they offer a great arch support. They no doubt felt a bit stiff means they required a break in time, but then they molded very quickly and became incredibly cushy and comfy. I have a very minor issue regarding this slipper, is that they will easily loosen up. I made a biggest mistake of wearing these with thick socks and after about a week of perfectly molded slippers with the socks on the slipper actually re molded which was very noticeable. I thought of nothing else and purchased these once again as I am in love with these. Now my new slippers are perfectly fine as I avoid wearing them with socks. Overall, I am impressed and tempted to say that they are again going to be my next slipper and I will keep on buying this for at least 2 years. For a recode, I wear size 8 and ordered them in size 39 which has a great fit.
