I like these Keens – they are much lighter than my older pair, more feminine. I do wish they came in more neutral colors – I would say that is my only major complaint – or have a patter on them like some of the other Keen styles.

This is an awesome amphibious shoe. I initially bought it for wearing while canoeing, but I have used everyday too. It’s comfortable and stylish. I’ve never gotten so many questions and compliments about a shoe as I have this one! I love the teal blue color. Also, I washed it in the washing machine after a canoe trip and it looked brand new!

I love these Keens. They are my first pair. I got them after I was so happy with my kids’ Keens. I wore them all last week when we were on a trip in the Rocky Mountains. They are great to hike in – wore them on a 7 mile hike one day and my feet felt great. They’re also good for bumming around town. I would highly recommend these shoes. I’m sure they will be my first of many pairs of Keens. The blue color is great, too. I’ve had lots of compliments already.

I bought the Whisper because I am planing a trip to the Bahamas in August. I wanted a sturdy yet stylish water shoe. The Whisper fills the bill. I am very pleased with the overall performance. The only thing that could be improved on is the strap over my little toes, which is a bit tight and causes a small amount of discomfort if worn for more than eight hours. I work a twelve hour shift with a lot of walking on concrete floors, and they are holding up well. On my next trip to the lake, I will put them to the test in the water.

I normally have problems getting shoes that truly fit. I bought these shoes because a friend highly recommended them! I wear size 10M, but many times that is exactly the right length with no room to spare. These fit me perfectly without being too snug in length. They’re so soft and comfy, while still having the correct support in the arch and heel. I wear them mostly as a sandal but find them comfortable with socks also. I am totally pleased with my purchase (and now I want them in another color too!).

This is the second pair of water shoes purchased from Shoebuy.com. I play water volleyball 4x per week (8 hours total) and after one month of use, have had no problems or issues with these shoes. They are comfortable, give good support, and I hope that they last 4 years, like my last pair did. Shoebuy is a quick and easy way to buy shoes online.

  7. Whitney from Albuquerque, NM says:

It’s too bad it’s a discontinued color; the tangerine is fantastic. I read it somewhere that you should order a half size down. I love these shoes too much; they are actually good jogging shoes. I’ve also worn them for cycling (not racing). The support is great; the elastic tie keeps your feet from slopping around. I honestly wear them too much. I have really tricky feet and dread buying shoes, but these have been incredible.

Do you want lightweight, waterproof sandal-sneakers? Then these are for you! They are super-comfortable, and with the comfort and good arch support of a sneaker but the “airiness” of a sandal, they are just great! I really wish I had bought a few pairs. I got the light green color and they are very attractive as a casual shoe. I think I have found my new summer walking, boating and all-purpose shoes!! Comfortable from th every first minute I put them on, I give them an A+++.

  9. Anonymous from Michigan says:

I have tried on lots of Keens but never bought any because they are so huge and sloppy on my feet. The whisper is a much closer fitting shoe and it fits me very well. It is also lighter weight than other keens, which I like. To me, it seems to have as much support as any of the others but the sole is a little stiffer, although I don’t find this to be a problem. I’m actually thrilled with them because I’ve been looking for an enclosed sandal like this for several years and couldn’t find one that I liked.

  10. BBM from Northeast says:

I needed a shoe that was cuter than a sneaker that I could wear daily for playing with the little ones. I came too close to breaking an ankle or leg last summer trying to play in the yard in flip flops. I got these in the light purple color with tan straps. They almost look like brown leather sandals. They are super comfy. I wore them all day long at an outlet mall with NO rubbing, blisters or sore feet/legs. That was the second time I had worn them. The first was to play in the sprinkler with the kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have several pair of Keens and really liked the look of these shoes. I work as a counselor in an elementary school and am on my feet all day. I wear these shoes to work, and for light hiking, kayaking, everywhere. They are a great shoe if you are an outdoorsy person or like to stay indoors. They are lightweight and supportive. Like I said, I am a huge fan of Keens and I was not disappointed in this shoe at all. I would highly recommend this shoe.

  12. Kay from Albuquerque says:

I think they are beautiful and are more delicate-looking than any other Keen shoe. I bought a half size smaller (some review recommended it….) and it was a little too small. The only thing negative I can think of is that the microban doesn’t work well; like any sneaker you wear barefoot, they do get smelly after 4 or 5 days. They are very washable and since buying them in April have put them in the wash at least 6 times. There was a loose thread in the side after the 1st wash. I have dried them in the hot New Mexican sun which has never affected the color.
