LOVELY!! I purchased these for summertime sightseeing and they have done a great job. They are light in weight and also very supportive. They will go with everything you wear from pants to skirts. I love the fact that they are not mannish. I read in a review that the support is uncomfortable. The back of this shoe is very firm and very little flex while the front end flexes very easily in the front. I have bunion issues and cannot wear any shoe I want. This issue goes worse especially when I have to bend my feet too much, But this issue is only with me. So far these are very comfy and supportive at the same time. They also provide great arch support. I wear these with cropped pants and also with jeans. Like all Merrell products the quality is great. I love this brand too much for this. Bravo Merrell!!
I thought that these sandals will be great for a one week tour , BUT I was wrong. They looked really cute and they are even more cuter in person. They are very light weight which was a bonus for me. I was really pleased by the fit of this shoe. I have recently being a bit disturbed by the sizing of Merrell which had always been very consistent, don’t know what has happened now. The toe box is a little less wide which is the problem I am facing with there shoes. The problem with this shoe was that they were not comfortable probably because of the hard sole. There is also a rigid hard plastic up to the ball of the feet which is really hurting my feet all the time. There is no arch support. I have tried another insole with this shoe and nothing has worked with these. I think there is a problem with the structure of the shoe which only looks amazing but Pathetic the way it feels. These would have been a very nice pair for traveling, but Alas Merrell has disappointed me.
