GREAT BOOT!!! These boots are very sturdy and great in every way. They are not at all soft like an athletic shoe, but they have enough support for walking backpacking etc. they are very thick and they have a sturdy sole too. I can wear these all day and even at the end of the day I never want to take these beauties off. I have these in browns and going to order them in black too. I would definitely recommend these marvelous shoes to every one as I have never seen such stylish and versatile shoes ever in my life. They are lace up boots, but still very modern and comfy. The construction is great. I am really impressed with the fabulous craftsmanship done to make this shoe. They are very comfy and very durable too. The outlook is rough and tough which protects your feet from all kind of bad weather , but from inside they are very soft and cushy. They absorb all the moisture and keep your feet dry the whole time. You will definitely love these fabulous boots as they are trendy , cool looking , comfortable , durable etc etc. I have become a Merrell fan after the purchase of this boot.
