It upper is made from pigskin leather which makes it waterproof along collar which is made from 100% pure nylon mesh. The laces are made from polyester which are 100% recycled. The shaft lining are from 100% nylon mesh along with polyester polyfill 100% pure. The interior has lining of Polartec® fleece which draws the moist away along with controlling the climate within to keep the foot dry and fresh. The interior also has insulation from Primaloft® Eco which keeps the climate within cozy. The shank is molded with injection to provide best stability and support. The EVA footbed is molded with compression and has 15% recycled material and 3DF triple-density which enhances the comfort level. The EVA footframe is also molded with compression and made from 15% recycled material. To avoid the shocks and enable the smooth ride, Patagoinia® Air Cushion Plus is used. The toe has rubber and heel counter is used to provide protection. The outsole is made from rubber which is 15% recycled and provides best traction and anti-slip on all surfaces. Its shaft is 9.5 inches high with 15.5 inches of circumference and it weighs 23 ounces (as per size 7). It can be found in these colors: Velvet Brown and Burlap.
This is a very nice boot. It fits great. I was thinking that the lacing style may be tedious, but doesn’t happening so far. There is a tab in the center of the tongue that the laces of the boot fit in to that keeps the tongue in its place. I was in 2 feet snow for continuously 4 hours and they stayed perfectly dry all the time. I took them off finally after coming back home and found my feet sore which was very disappointed. I think it’s not the fault of the boot, but my feet are like that. They always feel sore in boots. I was wearing it for the whole day so I could have used some cushioning. The look of this boot is marvelous :wub: and I would definitely recommend you to have this. You can also wear it with or without socks.
