Style Information: The North Face Chilkats are strong and attractive boots which will be best companion in the winter. The midsole is made from CM EVA which provides smooth and easy ride with comfort. The shank is made from nylon which molded with injection to provide best support to the foot. The outsole is made from rubber which is TNF Winter Grip™ to ensure best traction on all types of surfaces. The upper is made from leather which is completely grained and 2 mm to 2.2 mm thick 200 grams waterproof. The insulation of Thinsulate® ensures the foot stays warm. The shell is waterproof and it is made from Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU) which is molded with injection and engineered anatomically along with flex grooves forefoot which all act together to provide best comfort and protection against rocks and odd surfaces. The whole construction is latex seam-sealed and double-adhesive to keep the shoe waterproof. The tongue and collar has Dri-lex® fleece lining which draws the moist away to keep the foot fresh and dry. The footbed is well cushioned with Dual-density X-2™ which provides best comfort all day long. The protection from moisture and debris is ensured with Gaiter-compatible D-ring. The metal hardware on the shoe is anti-rust. It can be found in these colors: Fossil Ivory/ Brownie Brown.
