I was looking for some new shoes for work when I came across these. I tried them on and they were true size and width was accurate. I have narrow feet and they fit nicely. Then I wore them to worn and I have to admit I was not expecting them to be comfortable but I was wrong. 8 to 9 hours of continues wear and I never wanted to put them off. I have them in patent black and they are very shine. The pictures shoes not show how shiny and incredible they really are. The arch support is normal. They are also very light weight. They look great with my dress pants and I have received many compliments. The height of heel is just about right, exactly what I wanted. I was looking at the navy patent color but they rarely look navy. It’s a very dark color and looks almost like the black. I wish they make them in red.
