These would probably be one of the best shoes were it not for my low arches. I can’t wear Birkenstock sandals for the same reason (their arch support actually really hurst my feet). It’s not super uncomfortable, but I can’t see myself being in those shoes for long. I think for people with medium or high arches these shoes will be perfect, but if you have low arches, try them on first to see if you feel comfortable in them.
The Ecco shoes fit my husbands feet the first day and he is enjoying them. He is not a “shoe person”. He usually says that he wants a pair of shoes that someone has worn for two weeks first (to get them broken in). He wears the Eccos everyday and he enjoys the comfort and the weight (light) of the shoe
Once this shoe is broke in you will not find one more comfortable. I purchased my first pair of these about 10 years ago and have not purchased anything different since. When they are looking tired and worn I order the same shoe again.
Shoes do not get any better then the ECCO Cross 6414. I’ve been wearing them for the last 12 years. I own 4 pair & only the 1st pair is completely worn out. They are 10+ plus for break in & comfort. I’am on my feet 16 hours a day & my feet are never sore. Buy this shoe. You won’t regret it!
I’ve been ordering these shoes in the same size for fifteen or twenty years and they feel like bedroom slippers every time. The sole is non skid on wet surfaces that can be a life saver. The only problem is the stitching around the toe which should be made of kevlar to avoid the premature demise of a great shoe.
This is my second pair of ECCO shoes. They are as comfortable as slippers right out of the box! The materials are great and the workmanship is excellent. I may never buy another brand.
This is the fifth pair of ECCO Cross shoes that I have had over the last 10 years. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and have healed some plantar problems I had that were very painful. I have worn each pair almost daily for from 2 to 3 years each. A great pair of shoes.
I bought a pair of these shoes about 10 years ago, and remembered that they were the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. I then saw them on ShoeBuy.com for much less money than I had previously paid, plus free shipping. This is a very good shoe.
This is my third pair of the ECCO Cross 6414, so obviously I love the shoe style and colors. My first pair had a problem with the ECCO stamped on the sole, where it pulled away from the sole. I was not happy with this, as I found I could not have it repaired and the shoe was still in good condition. The second pair is holding up well and I bought another pair to be able to switch from day to day giving them a break. Very comfortable shoe! Recommend it highly.
This is my fourth pair of this same shoe. They were recommended by friend a few years ago, because my ankles were in pain every morning after I woke up. Never since I found Ecco.

Extremly Comfortable. Some Color variation. Interior wears out before the soles.
