The foot frame is made from the QForm® EVA and shank is made from the nylon. This foot frame allows excellent support and smooth ride. It also minimizes the shocks to travel up the spine to reduce the fatigue. The outsole is made from the Merrell® New Winter rubber which is very sticky and offers excellent traction on multiple terrains. Its heel is 1 inch high with ½ inches high platform. I purchased these boots and wore them in the whole winter season and they were really wonderful. Winters are very cold and these boots are absolutely warm, even outside in the snow they were very cozy. I spent a long time in snow with these boots and even at the end they were still warm. I got caught in a flood this spring and had to stand in water for two hours in these shoes. They were all wet but they dried out very quickly. These shoes were worn every single day from the last 6 months and I had a nice time in these. They can stand all the weather conditions for sure. When I was investigating for this boot I read a review where a women was saying that they are slightly big for her but with orthotics they had a perfect fit. I think this women was right. I bought this boot in my regular size and they were good. I am really happy with my purchase. I was moving from my country and even at that time I wore these throughout . They are really great for walking on icy and snowy sidewalks and they are also very comfortable for long period of time. I was able to walk on snow and they keep my feet dry and toasty the whole time. I really love them. They are true to size and offer extra room in them so if you want to wear them with socks you can. They will adjust even with the thicker socks. They are excellent winter boots. They are also very stylish looking and therefore they are loveable. They are very easy to pull on and you will never get into a hassle to wear them. The button are purely used for the decoration and they really make a difference. These boots fit perfectly on my feet. These boots are lovely. I have them from the last 6 months and having a wonderful time in them. I have even worn these in 20 inches of snow and they were great. I wear these with my skinny jeans and leggings. The buttons add a great touch on the side and offer more styling which attract all the people towards it. They are also very comfortable and cushy. They arch support is too good. I had a foot injury and they were the only shoes which we could wear. These boots are great for people with planter fasciitis. These have been tested in flood and also when I got stuck in a snow storm. They had a fantastic performance and my feet remained completely dried and they had a great traction on snow too. The dirt on them wipes off very easily. I am more than happy with my purchase.

The arch support is too good which is an important point for me. You can even wear these if your feet are injured as they will cause no pain. They will bear the pressure of snow storms too as they are very durable and cozy. They will offer comfort , dryness and extreme warmth so matter in how cold and chilly the weather is. I love there contrast stitching as it adds more style to the design and it goes with most of my dresses. They are very easy to pull on and off.
