I bought this shoe last fall before a trip to Europe where I would be doing a great deal of touring and walking around a giant cruise ship. I wear them to work regularly. I love them so them so much that I just bought another pair. You wont be disapointed. Buy em!!

I purposely got these shoes because of our trip to Egypt and the walking I knew I was going to have to do. I have bad circulation and feet. It was super! Not a problem at all. They held up extremely well and still are very comfortable. Great travel shoe!

This is the second pair of Rockport Encounter shoes I have purchased. As with the first pair, this pair fits perfectly and is exactly what I expected.I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The shoes were even better looking in person, and when he put them on, he said they did not feel like new shoes normally do when you put them on. It was like they were already “broke in” VERY comfy shoes!

I have worn two different Rockports to death. This one is the most uncomfortable I have worn. The pumps in the front part of the sole feel like a rock is in it. The arch support is missing, since I have a wide foot and need it.

As a alternative to my white Propet Walkers, I find the Rockports a good choice. They are a bit dressier (being brown, etc.) and quite solid. I expect to give them a good deal of wear.

I like the style and look of the Rockport Encounter. The shoes felt a little tight at first but after a little wear they feel very comfortable now. I would probably order another pair in the same size as I did the first pair.

I’ve had great success for years with Rockport, so I decided to try one I haven’t worn before. Once again, I’m extremely please with my purchase. This is a durable, wide, comfortable shoe that I assume will last a good long time.

For travel, this lightweight, very comfortable shoe can be used any time, but with new travel weight restrictions, it makes a great all-around walker. This is one of the very few clothing items I have that fits.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend who has wide feet, and even the regular width are comfortable and perfect for him. They are great looking and are versatile. These shoes dress up a casual outfit and are classy yet relaxed. I recommend them!

I bought this shoe because of the Rockport brand and the fact that it came in a narrow size. I have a very narrow foot and seldom can I find a shoe that really fits from a width standpoint. This shoe is still a little wider than I would like, but with the laces I can pull it in so that it fits fairly well. I happened to be in a mall last week that had a Rockport store and I bought another pair in a different color.

I’m over 70 and work part time for a big box store. I’m on my feet on concrete all the time and Rockports keep my feet as happy as any shoe I’ve tried. My only dislike is that the support in the soles seems to weaken after a 2-3 months. Then I must replace them, even though the tops look new.
