These boots are great – I am not a fan of the usual Keen — blasphemy it may be, but I think they are ugly. The Coronado, however, are stylish, extremely comfortable and very warm. I love that they are rubber and not just suede — I bought them for a trip to Tahoe and it snowed quite heavily — these boots were exactly what I needed and I didn’t have to worry about the suede spoiling in the snow. They do stain your feet a little bit with dye, but it isn’t a big deal. I also would like to say that zappos are wonderful to work with – highly professional, and excellent service; my boots arrived exactly when they said they would! In terms of sizing, I am usually an 8 1/2, so I ordered down, which is what Uggs tell you to do, and the boots fit perfectly — a little snug initially, but they don’t take long to mold to fit your feet!
I had a very hard time getting very nice and durable rain boots because I have high arches and wide feet. This problem became a big hurdle in deciding what to wear. My friend recommended this boot to me and said that even my kind of feet can feel good in them. These rain boots are really a very nice creation by Keen. These boots just slide right on and off because the ankle is wide and also they are lined with spongy felt that make these slides very easy to wear. They offer great arch support. I have worn it in heavy rain and felt really good. I am very pleased to have these in my life. They are cute and supportive. I have these in yellow color and loving it. They not only protect my feet from heavy rain, but at the same time look good too. The time of ugly and heavy rain boots have gone as this one is light and good looking too. great material has been used in the manufacturing which helps to avoid the rain drop to make your feet wet. Calf diameter is also very comfortable. Over all very impressive!! :heart:
