I was looking for a nice and cute casual shoes and selected this one. Although this is a great shoe in term of ultimate comfort and a great style. They are also very light and sturdy. Still I am thinking about returning it simply because the strap doesn’t stay tight and there is no way to lock the clasp, which let the strap loosen as I walk. As the shoe arrived I only walked inside the home to check the fit and comfort, and the shoes were already coming loose. I was really excited to see this shoe, but now I am disappointed and regret my decision. I love this brand and have 10-12 pairs of these which I really love to wear, but this one is a disappointment. The shoe is comfortable when you put it on your feet, but a friend of mine who ordered it says that she wore it on a trip for many hours and at the end of the day she could see the blisters , red and dye all over her feet, which mean the shoe is also not good to wear for long. She also had the same complaint regarding the strap which I had. This is a cute but killing shoe!!! :angry:
