Very comfortable right out of the box with removable sole-pads for ‘airing out’ at the end of a long work day. Been a twenty-plus year consumer of Timberland shoes and boots and these shoes are on-target. A Timberland Nubuck/Suede cleaning kit is a must for keeping these type shoes in good condition.
One of the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever worn! (The MOST comfortable was also from Timberland) I love that it is a good comfortable shoe and waterproof also! I spend a lot of time on my feet teaching classes and I love these shoes!
