The upper is made from the super soft suede and it has folded cuff made from the leather which gives these boots one of a kind looks. The upper also has the zipper at the side which allows quick on and off wearing. The lining is made from the textile and leather combination. This combination provides excellent comfort and moisture wicking ability to keep the feet odorless and fresh. The footbed is well cushioned and it has the Air Jet technology used in it. In this technology the fresh air is pushes into the boot when you walk to keep the interior cool and fresh all the time. The outsole is made from the pure Caoutchouc rubber which is natural and durable. This outsole also provides shock absorption to enhance the comfort. Its heel is 1 inch high which gives little lift without sacrificing the comfort. Its shaft is 11 inches high and it weighs 13 ounces as per size 6.5. Awful!!!!!! You should save your money :tongue: I think. I have never written any review, but I wanted to warm everyone about this bootie that’s why I am writing about it. The fabric is way too fussy and does not stand up to ordinary wear which is really disappointing 🙁 . Shame on Mephisto. They are supposed to make the walking shoes. My other Mephisto have lasted many years and they were too good. I purchased these shoes just before thanks giving 2009. Orignally they looked very nice just as they are shown in the picture. I wore these just twice and they looked really bad. I wore these the third time and I accidentally scraped the toe of the left boot against uneven sidewalk and it tore an aweful slice off the toe of the boot which was really disappointing and also very annoying. I got extremely angry as I never expected this brand to behave like this. They have used very soft suede fabric which is too soft for the footwear. Now these shoes look really ugly and they are all misshapen. I have many pairs of suede shoes , but these on are really different. Never expected this material to look ugly. None of my suede upper shoe look as awful as these look in two months. I think you should save your money and never buy this shoe. They feel good and comfy, but what is the use of it when it has misshapen. Pathetic overall!! :angry:
